  Slow staff, they didn't know the menu and then after spending £36 I traveled 8 miles home to find they forgot to add half of our meal. Worst kfc I've been to.

  Absolutely terrible customer service by not only the staff who are slow and clueless but the manager as well!! I called In to order my meal as the drive through was busy , after receiving my order I then went back home ( 15-20 min drive ) when arriving at home I noticed that my order was not only wrong missing the extra gravy and hot wings I ordered but was stone cold !! I then called up speaking to a manager who clearly has no skills in customer service , she was rude and passive down the phone , she did not apologise and didn't seem to care at all !! Will not be using this KFC again !!

  I've tried KFC (coulby newham) a few times since it opened and tonights visit has forced me to leave a review to others out there contemplating eating at this branch. Generally at this chain there's an alarmingly long wait on food when using the drive-through, I think I always get asked to park up but tonight I was parked up for 18 minutes!! When I got home i discovered the chicken fillets to be so undercooked I physically couldn't eat them! Seriously, a decent vet could of brought it back to life. The chicken wings were like biting into those found on the Angel of the north! they were the only edible part of the meal and they were so tasteless and smothered in a thick, dry batter. Il never ever use KFC again.
